WHAT YOU CAN HIRE
A system ready for your event
Sound for speech, music and live performance
PA systems, subwoofers, stage monitors, mixing desks and processing to deliver sound across the stage and audience areas.
We assess venue coverage, audience distance and the audio being reproduced. A conference, a DJ set and a live band each need a different configuration.
Microphones and wireless systems
Microphones for speakers, ceremonies, instruments and performances. We determine the type and quantity from your running order and planned stage movements.
Where several speakers or acts are involved, microphone changes, connections and monitoring requirements need to be planned in advance.
Stage and ambient lighting
LED fixtures, moving lights, effects and control for performances, dance floors and venue lighting.
The design can focus on lighting the speakers and performers or include lighting scenes and changes throughout the event. Set-up and operation are agreed around your programme.
Video, screens and projection
Audiovisual equipment for presentations, branded content and event visuals: screens, projection and signal distribution.
We check what you will show, which device will play it and the viewing distance, so the format and connections are agreed before set-up.

Speech needs to be clear and content visible from the audience. We coordinate microphones, video playback and sound with the running order and the speakers’ devices.
Weddings and celebrations

Can I request a quote without knowing which equipment I need?
Yes. Tell us the type of event, the venue and the expected audience. If you already have a rider or equipment list, mention it in your enquiry.
What changes for an outdoor event?
We need to know the area to be covered, equipment positions, power supply and set-up conditions. These details shape the technical proposal.
What if I need a permanent installation?
